- Sellers will be advised of the time of sale of their lots beforehand.
- Sellers are advised to come to the mart to sell their stock. However, if the seller is not present, the stock will be sold, “subject” to the owner’s consent.
- At the fall of the hammer, all sellers will be informed of the sale price of their animals by text.
- It is up to the seller to contact the mart within 15 minutes of sale, if they do not wish their animals to be sold.
- It is Important that Sellers must contact the mart to cancel the sale.
- If seller is happy with the price, no contact is needed.
- If no contact has been received by the mart from the seller within the time period, consent is deemed to have been given for the stock to be sold.
